SHIPPING

For deliveries within New Zealand we mail in an A4 envelope costing $1.45 per item. Larger packages are delivered in Courier Post Bags - Signature-Required ranging from $8.30 to $9.90 for the largest. Smaller packages such as embellishments may fit in a smaller envelope which would be sent Fast Post and cost $1.00.
For overseas deliveries we use either International Economy Postage for parcels or where possible an A4 envelope. An A4 envelope (maximum weight 200 g & maximum thickness 10 mm) costs $2.70 for Economy Postage to most countries.
Overseas target delivery times are shown at: NZ Post delivery targets.
Please advise if you require a faster delivery service. Postage on all overseas parcels is based on weight and you can obtain an estimate by visiting: NZ Post rate finder
Each kit weighs approximately 60 g, and a pattern weighs approximately 10 g. Added to this is the cost of a plastic Handibag (NZ Post) which is $1.50 for an A5 size and $2.00 for the foolscap size. Cost of insurance coverage for parcels over $250 in value is approximately an extra $10.00.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event of there being a fault with the product or incorrect products have been supplied, please contact us via email to make arrangements for its return. A refund or exchange will be made when the goods are returned in their original condition. Postal or courier charges will be refunded.
If, for some other reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us via email and we will endeavour to resolve your concerns. A refund or exchange of goods may be possible, in which case we will make arrangements to accept their return.
